The bookkeeper brings your Stripe account into your books and keeps it reconciled.
What it does
- Records each charge at its full amount for the right customer, with Stripe’s fees, refunds, disputes and payouts.
- Reconciles your Stripe balance every month, like a bank account.
- Only reads from Stripe. It never moves money or changes anything in your Stripe account.
- You can disconnect at any time.
How it is billed
Stripe transactions count toward the 100 transactions a month your plan includes. After that, each extra 100 costs $10. A charge’s fee does not count separately. Your Stripe account counts as one of the 4 linked accounts your plan includes. See pricing.
How to connect
- Sign up or log in.
- Choose your company.
- Approve ProveBooks at Stripe.
- Choose where your Stripe balance goes in your books, then Start.
